三果實 (Triphala):三果實能加強消化力,也有溫和通便作用,含印度醋栗、訶子和油欖仁三種果實成分。三果實的排便作用不會產生依賴性,並促進消化道健康。

木橘果(Bael):木橘果具有促進消化、驅蟲和抗炎等特性。木橘果對治療腹瀉、痢疾和蠕蟲感染非常有用。

姜黃(Haridra, Turmeric)
